Welcome to the website of The Rotary Club of Auchterarder & District. The Club was chartered in 1981 and currently has 16 members. Our membership is drawn from the town of Auchterarder and the surrounding area including the villages of Aberuthven, Blackford, Braco, Dunning and Muthill.

Ages 7-17yrs. There are two categories:
Solo Vocalist and Solo Instrumentalist.
Both Classical & Traditional music are
encouraged for the competition.

The Team
As Rotarians we endeavour to fully support our local community and are particularly active in youth support including annual Rotary competitions, Primary School Quiz, RYLA (a leadership week for young people) and Awards recognising the achievements of Young Sports Persons and Sports Ambassadors,, amongst many other regular or ad hoc events. We work in partnership with local businesses, networking and encouraging membership.
Our support for International causes include, amongst others, contributions to Turkey/Syria Earthquake Appeal and 'End Polio Now'.
Visiting Rotarians from around the World are assured of a very warm welcome.
We welcome enquiries about membership from anyone interested in who we are and what we do.

Aim for Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) is to:
The AP CREW are supporting the ‘Creative Journey’ for participants of the Rotary Youth Competitions, through 3 workshops aiming to provide coaching, mentoring and support. We would like to ensure there are no barriers for participation, which includes the AP CREW providing equipment and materials if needed. We also plan to exhibit the contributions during the AP CREW Cinema Events, Art Exhibitions and Book Festivals. The specific AP CREW workshops are for Young Artist, Young Photographer, Young Writer & Young Filmmaker participants.
